Businesses in Basalt are currently impacted by various town construction projects. Building B (Street side) of our lodge is adjacent to the construction and is somewhat impacted from the noise. We are offering reduced room rates at this location to offset any inconvenience.

The Aspenalt Lodge is in Basalt Colorado, located at the center of the Roaring Fork Valley where the Frying Pan and Roaring Fork Rivers meet. Basalt is surrounded by the best Gold Medal fishing streams in the country.

Aspen and Snowmass are located 20 miles away at one end of the valley with its famous skiing resort areas.

Glenwood Springs, 22 miles away, lies at the other end of the valley with its renowned hot mineral baths and the world's largest naturally heated outdoor swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for hotel reservations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival at the Aspenalt Lodge in Basalt, Colorado.

Special Event Policy

Special events require a 28-day cancellation notice. A $250 deposit at the time of booking, fully refundable outside 28 days. Payment in full + $250 refundable damage deposit due 7 days prior to arrival date.

Reservation Confirmation

In order to guarantee your reservation, you must receive a reservation confirmation from the Aspenalt. Confirmations from 3rd party booking sites do not guarantee your reservation.
